This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Background:

Rituximab is a genetically engineered chimeric murine/human monoclonal IgG1 kappa antibody directed against the CD20 antigen. Rituximab has an approximate molecular weight of 145 kD. Rituximab is produced by mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary).

1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml

Formulation:

Sterile, clear, colorless, preservative-free solution containing polysorbate 80, sodium chloride, sodium citrate. The pH is 6.5. BSA and Azide free.

Storage:

Rituximab Biosimilar - Research Grade is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
