Other Names:
Human PD1 Fusion Protein, PD1 His tag protein, PD1 protein his tagged, low endotoxin PD1 recombinant protein, Programmed death-1, CD279, PDCD1, Programmed Death-1 Receptor
Specificity:
Recombinant human PD1-His fusion protein is a HEK 293 protein fragment amino acids 25-167 fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Formulation:
0.2 μM filtered solution of 30 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.
Purity:
>95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Endotoxin:
<1.0 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method
Storage:
Bulk PD1 protein is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
