CD20 is a B-cell surface marker central to B-cell activation and proliferation and a long-established target in multiple sclerosis and B-cell malignancy research. This anti-human CD20 recombinant monoclonal antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ocrelizumab for research use only. Produced to rigorous in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. The reagent is appropriate for B-cell depletion assays, in vitro functional screening, ADCC and CDC studies, and in vivo immunology and oncology models with dependable consistency.
