CD20 is a B-lymphocyte surface antigen involved in B-cell activation and a well-established target across B-cell malignancy and autoimmunity research. This anti-human CD20 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ibritumomab, supplied for research use only. Produced to rigorous in vivo standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. The reagent is appropriate for B-cell binding and depletion assays, in vitro functional screening, ADCC and CDC investigations, and in vivo oncology and immunology models.
