CD32a (FcγRIIa) is an activating, immune-complex-binding Fc gamma receptor on myeloid cells and platelets, and characterizing its porcine counterpart matters for translational and xenotransplantation research in swine. Expressed in HEK 293 cells, this recombinant pig CD32a ectodomain is validated for SPR, BLI and ELISA, enabling cross-species comparison of antibody Fc engagement and immune-complex binding. It is a non-therapeutic reagent for research use only, prepared to in vivo grade specifications with ultra-low endotoxin. Manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities, it gives high-throughput and bulk laboratories a dependable tool for porcine Fc receptor and antibody-effector studies.

The sequence of the extracellular domain of porcine CD32a (Ala 1-Gln 185) was fused with a C-terminal tag consisting of the AVI tag, TEV protease recognition sequence and a 10-His tag.

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. No preservatives or cryoprotectants have been added. To obtain a final concentration of 1 mg/ml reconstitute 0.25 mg vials with 0.25 ml water and 1.0 mg vials with 1.0 ml water.
