CD20 is a B-cell surface marker widely used to study B-cell biology and depletion strategies. Clone 18B12 is a mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody against mouse CD20, validated for ELISA, neutralization, and functional assays including bioanalytical PK and anti-drug-antibody work, as well as studies of CD20-dependent pathways. Anti-mouse CD20 clone 18B12 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

0.2 uM filtered solution, pH 7.4, no stabilizers or preservatives.

Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C or –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
