Background
CD20 is a B-cell surface marker widely used to study B-cell biology and depletion strategies. Clone 18B12 is a mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody against mouse CD20, validated for ELISA, neutralization, and functional assays including bioanalytical PK and anti-drug-antibody work, as well as studies of CD20-dependent pathways. Anti-mouse CD20 clone 18B12 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Researchers rely on 18B12 for reproducible B-cell-targeting experiments, with this reagent provided for research use only.
Other Names
