CD20 is a B-cell surface marker that regulates calcium flux and B-cell activation and is a long-standing target in B-cell malignancy and autoimmunity research. Our research-grade anti-human CD20 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ublituximab for research use only. Manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is suited to B-cell depletion assays, in vitro functional screening, ADCC and CDC investigations, and in vivo immunology and oncology models as a reproducible reagent.
