Background:

Omalizumab biosimilar is a recombinant DNA-derived humanized IgG1κ monoclonal antibody that selectively binds to human immunoglobulin E (IgE). The antibody has a molecular weight of approximately 149 kiloDaltons. Omalizumab is produced by a Chinese hamster ovary cell suspension culture in a nutrient medium.

1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml

Formulation:

Sterile, preservative-free, clear solution containing L-histidine, monohydrate L-histidine hydrochloride, polysorbate 20, and sucrose. pH 6.0. BSA and Azide free.

Purity:

>95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC

Endotoxin:

≤ 0.75 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method

Storage:

This antibody is stable for at least 4 weeks when stored at 2-8°C. For long term storage, aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at – 20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.
