CD19 is a B-cell-restricted co-receptor that modulates B-cell receptor signalling and is the canonical antigen for CAR-based B-cell targeting research. Clone FMC63 is a human IgG1 kappa antibody recognising human CD19 and is among the most widely referenced binders in CAR construct development. Anti-CD19 FMC63 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This non-therapeutic reagent, for research use only, offers reproducible lot-to-lot performance for human B-cell biology and CAR research applications.
