CCR8 is a chemokine receptor enriched on tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells, making it an attractive handle for studies of immune suppression in the tumor microenvironment. This research-grade anti-human CCR8 antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lanerkitug, built on a human IgG1, lambda2 framework for functional and immuno-oncology work. Purified to a low-endotoxin standard that supports in vivo experiments, it is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram batches so that bulk and high-throughput programs never run short. Supplied strictly for research use only (RUO), it suits Treg depletion models, receptor-blockade assays, ADCC characterization, and other preclinical investigations.
