Background
Interferon gamma is the signature Th1 cytokine that activates macrophages, upregulates MHC expression and coordinates antiviral and antitumour immunity. Clone H22 is an Armenian hamster IgG monoclonal antibody to mouse IFN gamma, validated for immunoprecipitation, Western blot, neutralization, ELISA and immunofluorescence. Anti-mouse IFN gamma H22 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent, H22 provides reproducible neutralisation and detection of IFN gamma in mouse immunology studies.
