Myostatin (MSTN) is a negative regulator of skeletal-muscle growth, central to studies of muscle wasting and metabolic physiology. Our reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of landogrozumab, a human IgG4, kappa monoclonal that neutralizes the human protein and is distributed for research use only (RUO). It is supplied with low endotoxin to support in vivo experimentation and produced across milligram to gram scales to serve heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. The antibody is applied in ligand-neutralization and binding assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical muscle and metabolic disease models, where it functions as a reliable, non-therapeutic control for functional and biologics-characterization studies.
