MHC class II molecules present peptide antigens to CD4+ T cells and are central to adaptive immune activation, with the I-A locus being a key murine target. Clone 10-3.6.2 is a rat IgG2c kappa monoclonal antibody against mouse MHC class II, validated for functional assays, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation, frozen-section IHC and in vitro I-A blocking. Supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use, anti-MHC class II clone 10-3.6.2 is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput work. This research-use-only antibody offers reliable, reproducible performance for murine antigen-presentation and immunology studies.

10-3.6.2 activity is directed against the mouse major histocompatibility complex I-Ak, I-Ar, I-Af, I-As, and I-Ag7 haplotypes but does not react with I-A of the b, d, p and q haplotypes.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Sterile, preservative-free, solution in PBS. BSA and Azide free.

Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C or –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
