This human IgG1 (D270N)-kappa isotype-control antibody offers a matched, non-specific reference for human IgG1 experiments, with the D270N Fc substitution modifying effector-pathway engagement. Carrying no biologically relevant target binding, it is used to establish background, set negative gating, and act as a control arm in functional and in vivo studies.
