Tim-3 (HAVCR2) is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor on exhausted T cells, NK cells and myeloid populations that contributes to immune regulation and tumour immune evasion. Clone RMT3-23 is a rat IgG2a kappa monoclonal antibody to mouse Tim-3, validated for Western blot, flow cytometry, blocking and frozen IHC. Anti-mouse Tim-3 RMT3-23 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent, RMT3-23 delivers reproducible performance for checkpoint and T-cell-exhaustion research in the mouse.
