The inhibitory receptor CD32b (FcγRIIb) restrains immune-cell activation across species, and a defined porcine form supports growing interest in pig models for translational immunology and xenotransplantation. This recombinant pig CD32b ectodomain, produced in HEK 293 cells, is validated for SPR, BLI and ELISA and is well suited to comparative Fc binding measurements and analysis of inhibitory-receptor engagement in swine. Offered for research use only as an in vivo grade, ultra-low-endotoxin protein, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) batches, allowing bulk and high-throughput laboratories to study porcine Fc receptor function with consistent, reproducible material.

The sequence of the extracellular domain of porcine CD32b (Ala 45-Ser 217) was fused with a C-terminal tag consisting of the AVI tag, TEV protease recognition sequence and a 10-His tag.

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. No preservatives or cryoprotectants have been added. To obtain a final concentration of 1 mg/ml reconstitute 0.25 mg vials with 0.25 ml water and 1.0 mg vials with 1.0 ml water.
