The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) drives proliferation and survival signaling across many epithelial cancers and remains one of the most studied oncology targets. Our anti-human EGFR reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of laprituximab, formatted as a human IgG1, kappa antibody for functional screening. Manufactured to in vivo-compatible, low-endotoxin specifications, it is offered in flexible milligram-to-gram quantities tailored to heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. Intended exclusively for research use only (RUO), it works well as a binding control and active probe in receptor-internalization studies, in vitro cytotoxicity panels, and in vivo xenograft models of EGFR-positive tumors.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
