Background
Antibodies directed against the Zaire Ebola virus glycoprotein are central tools for filovirus neutralization research and vaccine evaluation. This human IgG1, kappa reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of larcaviximab that recognizes the Zaire Ebola virus antigen for functional and infectious-disease studies. It is prepared in a low-endotoxin format suited to in vivo experiments and manufactured at scalable milligram-to-gram volumes to keep bulk and high-throughput pipelines supplied. Provided for research use only (RUO), it is appropriate as a positive binding control and active reagent in neutralization assays, antigen-detection panels, and preclinical models of filovirus infection.
