CD3-epsilon is a signalling subunit of the T-cell receptor complex and a defining marker of T lymphocytes, essential to TCR-mediated activation. Clone OKT-3 is a mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody recognising human CD3-epsilon, validated for blocking, depletion, functional assays, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and radioimmunoassay. Anti-CD3 OKT-3 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent, it delivers reproducible, lot-consistent performance for human T-cell activation and immunology research.
