TIGIT is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor on T and NK cells that dampens antitumor immunity, making it a prominent immuno-oncology target. Directed at the human antigen, this unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lancastotug is a human IgG1, kappa monoclonal offered for research use only (RUO). The material is prepared to a low-endotoxin specification compatible with in vivo work and manufactured in milligram to gram quantities so bulk and high-throughput laboratories stay well stocked.
