CCR8 (C-C chemokine receptor type 8; UniProt P51685) is a seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor whose principal ligand is the chemokine CCL1 (I-309); engagement drives Gi-coupled signaling and chemotactic and survival responses. CCR8 is expressed on subsets of T cells, notably a fraction of skin-homing and Th2 cells, and is characteristically enriched on tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs).
