Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) is a key immune checkpoint ligand that dampens T-cell responses and is a heavily investigated target in immuno-oncology. This human IgG1, kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lesabelimab directed at PD-L1 for functional research. It is formulated to a low-endotoxin standard suitable for in vivo dosing studies and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram lots to meet the demands of high-throughput and bulk laboratories. Supplied for research use only (RUO), it serves as a checkpoint-blockade reagent and control in T-cell activation assays, in vitro co-culture screening, ADCC studies, and preclinical tumor immunology models.
