Butyrophilin subfamily 1 member A1 (BTN1A1) is an immunoregulatory surface molecule that can suppress T-cell activity and is gaining attention as a novel checkpoint in tumor immunology. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of nelmastobart, this recombinant human IgG4 kappa antibody recognizes BTN1A1 and is designated for research use only (RUO). Its low-endotoxin formulation makes it suitable for in vivo experimentation, and scalable milligram-to-gram manufacturing keeps bulk and high-throughput laboratories continuously supplied. It functions as an immune-modulation control and active reagent in binding and functional assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical immuno-oncology models.
