Tissue factor (CD142) is the primary initiator of the coagulation cascade and is also studied for its roles in tumour signalling and angiogenesis. Our research-grade anti-human tissue factor recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of tisotumab for research use only. Manufactured to in vivo standards and purified to a low-endotoxin grade, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. It is suited to coagulation and signalling assays, in vitro functional screening, ADCC investigations, and in vivo oncology models as a reproducible reagent.
