B7-H4 (VTCN1) is a negative co-stimulatory molecule that suppresses T-cell responses and is an emerging immune checkpoint target in cancer research. This anti-human VTCN1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of alsevalimab, provided strictly for research use only (RUO). Built to demanding in vivo standards and low in endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It serves as a dependable control and active reagent in checkpoint and functional assays, in vitro screening, ADCC studies, and in vivo immuno-oncology models.
