B7-H3 (CD276) is an immune-checkpoint molecule broadly overexpressed on solid tumors yet limited on normal tissue, making it an attractive antigen in cancer immunology. We offer an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of mirzotamab as a recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody against CD276, strictly for research use only (RUO). The reagent is purified to low endotoxin so it can be deployed in vivo, and it is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram lots that accommodate heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. It supports binding and functional assays, in vitro screening, ADCC studies, preclinical tumor models, and antibody-drug-conjugate development.
