CD4 is a co-receptor on helper T cells that engages MHC class II and is fundamental to adaptive immune activation. The reagent here is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of semzuvolimab, a recombinant anti-CD4 monoclonal antibody intended for research use only.
