Tumor-associated glycoprotein 72 (TAG-72) is a mucin-like antigen overexpressed on many carcinomas and a classic marker in tumor-targeting research. Presented here is a non-therapeutic, unconjugated analog of satumomab, a recombinant monoclonal antibody against TAG-72, intended for research use only. Manufactured to in vivo standards and formulated with low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. The antibody is useful for tumor-antigen binding functional assays, in vitro immunostaining-style screening, and in vivo tumor-localization models. Its scalable supply and batch consistency suit programs that require uniform reagent across many studies.
