Frizzled family receptors are seven-transmembrane Wnt receptors that govern developmental signaling, stem-cell maintenance, and tumorigenesis, making them an active focus of oncology research. This product is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of vantictumab, a recombinant human IgG2 antibody targeting Frizzled receptors, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is purified to a low-endotoxin standard appropriate for in vivo studies and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Researchers use it in Wnt-pathway blocking and binding assays, in vitro screening, control applications, and preclinical tumor models.
