The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) drives proliferation and survival signaling and is frequently dysregulated across epithelial cancers. This is a non-therapeutic, unconjugated analog of serclutamab, a recombinant anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody supplied for research use only. Manufactured to in vivo standards and formulated with low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. It is well suited to receptor-blockade functional assays, in vitro EGFR-signaling screening, and in vivo tumor models exploring growth-factor pathways.
