PD-1 is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor whose engagement limits T-cell activity, and it remains a heavily investigated node in cancer immunology. The reagent here is a research-grade, unconjugated analog of sasanlimab, a recombinant anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody for research use only. It is produced to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and provided in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput workflows. It serves as a control and active reagent in checkpoint-blockade functional assays, in vitro T-cell screening, and in vivo immune-modulation models.
