CD19 is a B-cell co-receptor that amplifies B-cell receptor signalling and serves as a defining marker across B-lymphocyte development and a key antigen in CAR research. Clone 4G7 is a mouse IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody recognising human CD19, validated for functional assays, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and CAR applications. Anti-CD19 4G7 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent, it delivers reproducible, lot-consistent results for human B-cell biology and CAR development.

This antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

This low endotoxin antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C for at least four (4) weeks. For long-term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
