Immunoglobulin E (IgE, encoded by IGHE) drives allergic responses through mast-cell and basophil activation, making it a key target in allergy research. Described here is a research-grade, unconjugated analog of talizumab, a recombinant anti-IgE monoclonal antibody intended for research use only. It is produced to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and offered in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include IgE-neutralization functional assays, in vitro degranulation screens, and in vivo models of allergic disease. Its scalable supply and batch consistency suit programs that require uniform reagent across many studies.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
