Background
The IL-1 receptor type 1 (IL1R1) transduces IL-1 alpha and IL-1 beta signals to activate downstream inflammatory pathways central to innate immunity. Clone JAMA-147 is an Armenian hamster IgG monoclonal antibody to mouse IL-1R, validated for immunoprecipitation, Western blot, blocking and flow cytometry. Anti-mouse IL-1R JAMA-147 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent offers reproducible performance for studies of IL-1 signalling and inflammation in the mouse.
