Combining anti-angiogenic and immune-checkpoint blockade, dual targeting of VEGFA and PD-L1 is an actively studied strategy to reshape the tumour microenvironment. This research-grade bispecific antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of pumitamig, designed to engage both VEGFA and PD-L1 for preclinical research into combined angiogenesis and checkpoint modulation.
