HLA-DR beta (HLA-DRB) is a class II major histocompatibility molecule that presents antigen to CD4 T cells and is studied in immunology and B-cell malignancy. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of apolizumab, this research-grade anti-human HLA-DRB recombinant monoclonal antibody is intended for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo quality standards, formulated for low endotoxin, and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. Typical uses include antigen-presentation and binding assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo immunology models requiring a reproducible reagent.
