Bridging T-cell co-stimulation with tumour-antigen targeting, dual engagement of 4-1BB (TNFRSF9) and claudin-18 (CLDN18) is an emerging approach for conditional immune activation in oncology research. This research-grade bispecific antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of givastomig, designed to bind TNFRSF9 and CLDN18 for preclinical study of localized T-cell co-stimulation. Validated for functional assays and supplied for research use only (RUO), it is produced to in vivo grade standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation. Available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities, it supports in vitro screening, in vivo tumour models and mechanistic studies in high-throughput and bulk laboratories.
