The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that drives proliferation and survival signalling and is a heavily studied oncogenic target. This anti-human EGFR recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of depatuxizumab, intended strictly for research use only. Manufactured to demanding in vivo standards with a low-endotoxin formulation, it is supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It functions as a consistent control and active reagent in receptor-signalling assays, in vitro functional screening, ADCC studies, and in vivo tumour models.
