Alpha-synuclein (SNCA) aggregation is a hallmark of Parkinson's disease and related synucleinopathies. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of prasinezumab, generated in CHO cells against human SNCA. For research use only, it is delivered in a low-endotoxin format suited to in vivo studies and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It supports alpha-synuclein binding and aggregation assays, functional characterization, immunodepletion studies, and preclinical models of synucleinopathy. Tight quality control makes it a steady reagent for high-throughput pipelines.
