PDGFR-alpha (CD140a) is a receptor tyrosine kinase driving mesenchymal cell proliferation and is studied in sarcoma, fibrosis, and stromal biology. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of olaratumab, this research-grade anti-human CD140a recombinant monoclonal antibody is intended for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to demanding in vivo standards, formulated for low endotoxin, and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. Typical uses include receptor-signalling assays, in vitro screening, ADCC studies, and in vivo tumour and stromal models requiring a reproducible reagent.
