Tumour angiogenesis is driven jointly by VEGFA signalling and Notch-pathway DLL4, and simultaneously blocking both has been explored to suppress aberrant vessel formation in cancer. This research-grade bispecific antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of navicixizumab, engineered to engage VEGFA and DLL4 for preclinical investigation of dual anti-angiogenic strategies. Validated for functional assays, it is supplied strictly for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo grade standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin formulation and available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities, it supports heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories running in vitro screening, in vivo tumour models and dual-pathway angiogenesis characterization.
