Detects human VEGFR2. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same variable region sequence as the therapeutic antibody Ramucirumab. ichorbio’s ramucirumab biosimilar is for research use only (RUO).

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Ramucirumab is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2. ramucirumab has an approximate molecular weight of 147 kDa. ramucirumab is produced in genetically engineered mammalian CHO cells.

Sterile, preservative-free, clear to slightly milky white, colorless to slightly yellow solution, pH 6.0, containing glycine, histidine, histidine hydrochloride, polysorbate 80, sodium chloride. BSA and Azide free.

Ramucirumab Biosimilar – Research Grade is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
