Background
KDR (VEGFR-2) is the dominant receptor mediating VEGF-driven angiogenesis. Modeled on pulocimab, this unconjugated, non-therapeutic human IgG1 kappa antibody is produced in CHO cells against human KDR. For research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to receptor-blockade functional assays, angiogenesis studies, in vitro screening, and preclinical vascular and tumor models. Uniform quality across lots underpins confident comparisons in long-running projects.
