VEGFR-2 (KDR) is the principal receptor mediating VEGF-driven angiogenesis and a central target across cancer and vascular biology research. This recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of vulinacimab directed against KDR and is supplied for research use only (RUO). It is purified to a low-endotoxin standard appropriate for in vivo studies and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include receptor-blocking and binding assays, in vitro angiogenesis and VEGF-signaling screens, control work, and preclinical tumor and vascular models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
