Background

As an inhibitory checkpoint on T cells, PD-1 restrains effector responses and is widely targeted in checkpoint blockade research. The recombinant clone RMP1-14 recognises mouse PD-1 and is presented here as a mouse IgG2a LALA-PG variant whose Fc mutations silence effector functions, validated for Western blot, blocking, flow cytometry, and functional assays. Produced in CHO cells, anti-PD-1 RMP1-14 LALA-PG is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo studies. Manufacturing scales from milligram to gram quantities for heavy-usage laboratories, and the antibody is provided for research use only.
