KLRB1 (CD161) is a C-type lectin-like receptor on NK and T-cell subsets, increasingly studied as an immune-checkpoint target. This human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of rezorstobart, expressed in CHO cells against human KLRB1. For research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk, high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to receptor-blockade functional assays, NK- and T-cell activity studies, and preclinical tumor-immunity models. Tight quality control makes it a steady reagent for high-throughput pipelines.
