OX40 (TNFRSF4) is a costimulatory receptor that boosts T-cell expansion and survival and is widely studied in immuno-oncology and autoimmunity. Described here is a non-therapeutic, unconjugated analog of tavolimab, a recombinant anti-OX40 monoclonal antibody for research use only. It is manufactured to in vivo standards in a low-endotoxin format and made in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include costimulation functional assays, in vitro T-cell activation screens, and in vivo immune-modulation models.
