LY75 (DEC-205) is an endocytic C-type lectin receptor enriched on dendritic cells and exploited for antigen-targeting research. This human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of oberotatug, generated in CHO cells against human LY75. For research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is suited to receptor-targeting and internalization studies, functional assays, in vitro screening, and antibody-drug conjugate development efforts. Predictable performance across batches helps standardize multi-arm experimental designs.
