This mouse IgG2a isotype control in the LALAPG configuration has its Fcγ receptor and complement binding abrogated and is supplied at extremely low endotoxin, providing an effector-dead negative reference for in vivo immunology. Without relevant specificity, it establishes the background and gating baseline that distinguishes genuine engagement from scaffold or Fc effects in flow cytometry and functional assays. The reagent is validated for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is a non-therapeutic product intended for research use only.
