Background
CD40L (CD154) is a TNF-superfamily ligand expressed mainly on activated T cells that engages CD40 to drive B-cell, dendritic-cell, and macrophage activation. Clone MR1 is a mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody recognising mouse CD40L, validated for ELISA, flow cytometry, neutralization, and functional assays. Anti-CD40L MR1 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This non-therapeutic reagent, intended for research use only, gives reproducible lot-to-lot performance for mouse CD40/CD40L co-stimulation and immune-regulation studies.
Other Names
CD154, Tnfsf5, Cd40lg, CD40 ligand
Specificity
Mouse
Purification Method
All the monoclonal antibodies in this panel were purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
